September 8, 2021Wow, outstanding! Great customer service from when I called at 11:26p.m. to the end when they finished. George, Cody and Tony came out and all were very respectful, well mannered and kind. They explained what needed to be done before anything was touched and started on it once we gave our approval to move forward. Finished in less than an hour. Considering the late call, price was fair and satisfactory with the service and late night call. Amazing work and we also received a military discount... sincerely appreciate that! Thank You as well George for your service!! No more leaks coming through our lines and through our walls.

Had an emergency the day my family was coming in from out of country. Stress level 1000. I called one company and they said they would call me back. Never heard back so I called J&G. George told me he would arrive within a couple hours. He showed up, identified the problem and thank God he was able to take care of it on the spot! He took a look at another concern I had and identified the problem. Told me what was needed and is ordering the part for me. Extremely grateful he had the time and was able to rescue you us in our last hour. I prefer to support family owned/ small businesses but sometimes it is hard to find a good one. I look for longevity, and I found a business I will definitely continue using and refer out.

They did everything step by step and were very careful, testing everything and never cutting any corners. These guys are my go-to plumbers for sure.
