September 8, 2023Had an emergency the day my family was coming in from out of country. Stress level 1000. I called one company and they said they would call me back. Never heard back so I called J&G. George told me he would arrive within a couple hours. He showed up, identified the problem and thank God he was able to take care of it on the spot! He took a look at another concern I had and identified the problem. Told me what was needed and is ordering the part for me. Extremely grateful he had the time and was able to rescue you us in our last hour. I prefer to support family owned/ small businesses but sometimes it is hard to find a good one. I look for longevity, and I found a business I will definitely continue using and refer out.
