I had a pipe burst in my laundry room last night. Mind you this is the night before closing on selling our house. I was able to shut the outside valve but the damage was done. We called George with J&G and he came out at 11 o'clock. He plugged the issue and stated he would return in the morning to finish. It started leaking again an hour later. He came back out after making a custom plug. Their team came out first thing this morning and finished the repair job. Extremely professional, did great work, and above all; DID NOT PRICE GOUGE. I highly recommend this company.

July 8, 2024Wow, outstanding! Great customer service from when I called at 11:26p.m. to the end when they finished. George, Cody and Tony came out and all were very respectful, well mannered and kind. They explained what needed to be done before anything was touched and started on it once we gave our approval to move forward. Finished in less than an hour. Considering the late call, price was fair and satisfactory with the service and late night call. Amazing work and we also received a military discount... sincerely appreciate that! Thank You as well George for your service!! No more leaks coming through our lines and through our walls.
